Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Littoria Toys does not store customers’ full payment card details on its servers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Economy Shipping is free and normally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Standard Shipping costs £15 and normally takes 3–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Full information is available in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must normally be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose.
